This was my son's idea, so I agreed because it's a design and colors he could grow with for years to come.

To paint on a budget, I went to Home Depot and bought kilz paint and had it tinted to the colors I wanted. Kilz is cheap and covers really well.

Step 1: Prepare Your Walls

Step 1. Always remove all foreign objects from walls. Remove furniture or just cover with a drop cloth. Have your paint prepared and ready. Get a pencil and start drawing your lines on the wall in the way you want your camo to look.

Look close at the picture and you will see my lines. My walls are yellow when I started.

I used three shades of green with a brown. But you can use two greens and a brown or two browns and a green. How ever you want to do it.

Step 2: Start Painting

As soon as you get your outlines drawn, start painting. It really doesn't matter which color you start with. What is important is that you allow one color dry so as not to smear it with another color.

I used paint brushes for each color and hand brushed around the corners. Then filled in with the brush.
