Here is a candy cane gift basket I made. Not only does it hold my present, but after they can take the candy off the base and eat it!
What I did was I Got an empty oatmeal container and wrapped it with gold wrapping paper. then I got a pink ribbon and tied it into a bow in the middle of the container. Then I got double sided tape and cut off little squares and put them on the oatmeal container and stuck circular mints to it. I did this process all around the container. I then taped candy canes to the container with the double sided tape all around the container. I then got some green tissue paper and put it in the oatmeal container. Then I got strips of white ribbon and made them come out of the container. I got some decorations from my local craft store to put inside the container. I also got my gifts (The lollipops and the little gift boxes) and put them inside the container.
