Introduction: Capacitor Earrings

F' a rad earring collection, try making these in various colors and configurations. Nerdy conduct only, please!
They will charge you up throughout the day.

Step 1: Materials

2 capacitors
needle nose pliers

Step 2: Make a Loop

Make a loop in the short end of the wire.

Step 3: Bend It Out

Bend the loop outwards from the other wire so that it is orthogonal to its original position.

Step 4: Make the Ear Wire

Bend the longer part around and over as an ear wire. It fastens as the end of the wire goes through the loop.

    WARNING: If you build earrings out of electronic components, make sure that they don't have lead in them or on them. Look for components that are ROHS-compliant and don't recycle components that have been soldered, as most solder is primarily made of lead.
