Introduction: Awsome Caramel Granola

This is a delicious treat for anyone. You can put it on yogurt or just eat as is. It is more of a desert, but tastes good. Here is how you make it.





Step 1: The Granola

The Granola Materials
1. 1 egg white
2. 1/2 cup of peanut butter
3. 1/3 cup of brown sugar
4. Olive Oil
5. 1/4 cup of Honey
6. 1 and 3/4 cups of granola cereal
7. 1/2 Cup of melted butter

Other Needs-
An oven
An oven pan
A Spatula
A Whisk
2 Medium Bowls
Parchment Paper
Measuring Cups

 You need to first pre-heat the oven to 350 Degrees. Next you need to oil your pan with some olive oil, add a piece of parchment paper over it, and add more olive oil over that. Next you need to put your egg white into your bowl and whisk it until is it frothy. Next you need to: add the butter, the brown sugar, the honey, and the peanut butter, and mix. Next you need to add the granola you have and mix. Next you need to place the granola in the pan making it in a square shape like shown in the picture below. Put it in the oven for 15 minutes. Next take it out of the oven and let it cool for 1 hour at the least. After you have waited an hour place it into a bowl and mix it around a little bit with a spatula to make it lose. Now put it into the fridge while you work on the caramel sauce.








Step 2: The Caramel Sauce

Caramel Sauce Ingredients
1. 1 Cup of Brown Sugar
2. 4 Tablespoons of Whipped Butter
3. A pinch of salt
4. 1/2 Cup of Skim Milk
5. 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract

Other Materials
A Bowl
A Small Pot
A Spatula
An Oven

    First you need to put your brown sugar, milk, butter, salt, and vanilla extract in the small pot you have. Set the pot on the stove. Set the stove at high. With the spatula stir the ingredients until they are mixed thoroughly and the mixture begins to bubble. Poor the caramel into your bowl and put it into the fridge until cold.




Step 3: Mixing Them Together

Now after the caramel has gotten cold mix the what ever amount of that caramel into your granola mixture. After that your done and you can just eat it, or maybe mix it into some vanilla yogurt. That is what I did and it tasted amazing. Hope you enjoy it!
