Got some pile of sweet potatoes?

Those piles of potatoes could be turned into a delicious form of treat: caramelized sweet potatoes!

Candy is a delicious treat and makes people happy!

Every-time I eat these delicious pieces of candy I grin and smile~

These non-fried potato treat is very easy to make and the short effort will be worth it after you eat these!

Ingredients: 1 Sweet potato
                    1 table spoon of sesame oil
                    2 table spoons of sugar
                    1 table spoon of soy sauce (this little bit of salt makes these very tasty.....  good soy sauce that is not reduced salt is preferred )
                    1 tablespoon of vinegar (optional)
                     a few sprinkles if sesame seeds (optional)

Wait, is that a sweet potatoe or a red potatoe. I thought sweet potatoes were orange on the inside. Can you clarify?

These are Japanese Satsumaimo sweet potatoes. They have white- yellowish flesh and they taste very similar to the orange sweet potatoes.
