hang on. i'm confused about how long these need to cook before they're ready to serve. u just said, "

Leave the ingredients on the pan on low heat for about 2 minutes.
After about 2 minutes, get ready to flip the potatoes!"

...then u jump straight to, "

After the potatoes are fully cooked, let it cool down a while.
The coating on the potatoes will harden up a little, and then its ready for eating!"

how much time will that be, approx.? I know sweet potato's take more than a mere cpl minutes to cook...

i'd be much obliged for any help I get, so thanx (in advance). I bid u peace.

Wait, is that a sweet potatoe or a red potatoe. I thought sweet potatoes were orange on the inside. Can you clarify?

These are Japanese Satsumaimo sweet potatoes. They have white- yellowish flesh and they taste very similar to the orange sweet potatoes.

Look at this page for various sweet potatoes and their colors:

I made these with orange sweet potatoes before and they taste great too!
