Teaching Sunday School can often be a dry affair; especially when you are wading through some of the harder books such as Chronicles. With the 90minutes available I organized an activity where the children built an army from cardboard and duct tape from scratch, we read the chapters and then reenacted some of the fighting scenes. It was a fun, creative, chaotic morning. I love that some of the girls built shields as hearts.
