Step 1 Materials and Tools

Materials:

1 - 4oz bottle of Gorilla Glue
Lots of Cardboard - Look for large unbent pieces
Plexiglas - Home depot or Lowes
Skateboard trucks, wheels and hardwear
1 - 4oz bottle of Gorilla Glue

Tool:
Jig Saw
Wood Clamps
Sander/grider

This is cool. Nothing against you, but for the contest limits, this is excellent. But for riding, doing tricks, and ramps this might break easily especially on grinds. Overall, for what you used, this is AWESOME!

you put one of the trucks on backward in this picture, and um, why make a baord out of cardboard when you can use oh say, wood?

Good eye sir... if you look the trucks arn't even bolted in place, this pictures was taken when the board was still in the mock-up stage. The reason I went with cardboard was because it was for a contest where the materials where limited to cardboard and gorilla glue.

you can prob use think ply wood, a different skate board, or anything flat, hard and big

Very cool design, but would it be possible to make a concave shape to it and a kick tail? if not this is still a cool DIY project

you would need a vacuum press to make the tail(and nose if you wanted) im not sure about pressing plexiglass though

 thinking about that as well, maybe if you clamped it with something underneath so that it had a concave shape.
