I´am Working in a different city from where I live, and in the department where I live did not have the TV table.
So I decided to make one.

Trabajo en una ciudad diferente de donde vivo, y en el departamento no tenia mesa para el televisor.
Asi que decidi hacer una.

Step 1: Deciding Reinforcements Materials.

The TV box has the same shape, cardboard is thick but does not stand much weight.
Therefore we must strengthen it.
Reinforcements I used was thick cardboard angles, like palletized loads side shields.
You can also use cardboard tubes.

La caja del televisor tiene la forma del mismo, es de carton grueso pero no resiste mucho peso.
Por lo tanto hay que reforzarla.
Como refuerzos utilice angulos de carton grueso, tipo protecciones laterales de cargas palletizadas.
Tambien puede usarse tubos de carton.

Step 2: Placing Reinforcements ...

To install the reinforcement, should be measured inside the box, cutting to the right measure.
We cut a tab in the box to each end, so embeds shut.
Install two patches on the front upright, and one in the upper back horizontally.
Assemble everything with carpenter's glue.

Para instalar los refuerzos, se debe medir el interior de la caja, cortandolos a la medida justa.
Debemos cortar una pestaña en la caja para cada punta, asi encastra al cerrarla.
Instalar dos refuerzos en el frente de manera vertical, y uno en la parte trasera superior de manera horizontal.
Armar todo con mucho pegamento de carpintero.

Step 3: Cutting the Window ...

Measure and cut the window for accessories.
The cardboard cover that will serve to withdraw the shelf.
To support I used the TV polystyrene separators.

Medir y cortar la ventana para accesorios.
La tapa de carton que retiramos servira para hacer el estante.
Para apoyo use los separadores de poliestireno.

Step 4: Closing the Table ...

Once the table is finished, close it and put a lot of glue in all the union points.
Put weight on top until the glue cures. (12 hours)

Una vez terminada la mesa, cerramos la caja, completando todos los puntos con mucho pegamento.
Poner peso encima hasta que cure el pegamento. (12 horas)

Step 5: Finishing the Table ...

Once the glue is cured, install a hard surface to distribute the weight evenly.
In my case, I install a wooden board.
I stick it with epoxy glue in the four points of support reinforcements.

Once completed it can be painted with any paint and any color, in my case black paint it.

Supports 60 kg and you can put a dvd or audio equipment.

Una vez curado el pegamento, instalar una superficie dura para distribuir el peso uniformemente.
En mi caso instale una tabla de madera.
La pegue con pegamento epoxi en los cuatro puntos de apoyo con los refuerzos.

Una ves terminada se la puede pintar con cualquier pintura y de cualquier color, en mi caso la pinte de negro.

Soporta 60 kilogramos y se le puede poner un dvd o un equipo de audio.
