Introduction: Cashew Nut Tzatziki (super Fresh & Healthy Spread)

A very fine and simple spread. Tastes so fresh!

Step 1: Ingredients

1 cucumber
130g-150g cashew nuts
1 or 2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dill
small piece of garlic
pepper and salt

Step 2: Cucumber First

- skin the cucumber en grate it (the finer, the better)
- squeeze out as much water as you can (easiest when you use your hands)

Step 3: Mix It Up

- put everything together
- mix + add pepper & salt

Step 4: Done!

Enjoy! It won't last long.

    Mostly I crush them a little bit before mixing cause I like to think it mixes easier, but actually it doesn't really matter that much.
