In this step you should measure the width of your belt so you can cut and bent the coat hanger to the right size, once you have measured the belt halve the amount you have and then you should have that amount on either side of the middle of the cassette then mark and drill(3.5mm). For the hole where the screw goes simply drill a hole(4mm) in the middle offset from where the tape used to be wound.

Adjust the size of the holes you drill for the screws you use and the thickness of the metal you use.
