Step 4 Prepping for the glue

To make the hot glue stick real well, you need to rough up the area you're going to be gluing on. At the top of the cassette halves, up near where the label is / would be file the area a little. Also, if you want you can file the hinge but that's not that necessary. Lay the two halves with the tops both filed down on the inside facing up about the hinge width from each other.
