Cheap, good quality Shuriken throwing star

Step 4Drawing the star

Drawing the star
From each midpoint, measure 3/8" straight in and mark there. These are the inside points of the star. From there, draw a line from the two nearest points of the square to the newly marked spot. Repeat this 4 times on each side. You should now have a basic star shape. See the picture if you don't quite get it.

from following your guide, but making adjustments, i found that you can draw the shriken in such a way that it will be bigger and your can bolt together the scraps, with no extra cutting, to make another throwing star. I think i may make a "addition" guide for the things i found out.

Nice Work! I am really jealous, since throwing stars are "verbotene Gegenstände" (forbidden Items) here in Germany, but its a very nice design!
