Cheap easy airsoft mock suppressor for m4/m16

This is how you can make a very cheap and easy airsoft mock suppressor that looks great.

Step 1 Matierials

x1 81/2 inches of 1 1/2 in pvc pipe
x1 sheet of very fine black sandpaper
x1 5/8 large washer
x1 thing of plumbing insulation (for 1/2 in copper pipe)
x1 about 10 inches of 1/2in copper pipe

this could be made to actually work as a real silencer by drilling a bunch of holes in the inner copper pipe to allow for air expansion.

yea i was going to put it on a hunting rifle but i needed a better way to clamp it on

As a matter of fact, it is illegal everywhere in the United States. Constructing any form of silencing device is against the law, and you must have a class 3 arms permit to order, or own any type of silencing device. These are not legal, in any way, shape, or form, and you will be prosecuted for a felony if you are seen in any public place with one of these, and a replica firearm like a cap gun or airsoft gun. The department of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms take these cases very seriously. Please, please be careful with this.

Do NOT put this on a real rifle. Depending on the round, the FPS will be anywhere from 1600FPS to much, much higher, and will cause that device to explode, seriously injuring yourself, and your very expensive rifle.

dude, thats like... the best looking homemade suppressor i'v ever seen... how d you attach it though? just on top of the flash hider, by pressure? cuz in that case, couldnt i glue a spare flash hider? (my CA m4 came with two. a black metal and an orange plastic)
