Remove the shower cap and with a floured hand, punch your dough (only once, it's not like it owes you money or anything).

I often make bread and was thinking of making a cheese loaf when I saw your instuctable. I loved your idea of using a shower cap to keep the dough from forming a dry cust while rising. I used your recipe except for the baking powder, I didn't see a need for it, as the yeast should work by itself, so I left it out. My wife and I both loved this bread and think it would make a great pizza crust.

I make pizza crust using the same ratio of water to flour, but only 1 1/2 cups flour. The next time I make pizza I am going to use your recipe but cut it in half for one crust.

Overall a great job on this instructable.

I don't know what happened to my photos so will try again.

Still not working. I have no idea why, but this made a beautiful loaf.

Thanks again.

So glad to hear!

To give credit where credit is due, the shower cap idea came from gedgerrard1 in the comments on my bacon cheddar bread and it works spectacularly.
