Introduction: Cheeseburger Wellington Recipe
500g minced meat
200g gouda cheese
1 portion puff pastry
1 spring onion
salt, pepper, paprika
Step 1: Preparation
Cut the spring onion in small pieces and give them to the meat. Scatter salt, pepper & paprika to the meat. Now mix everything together. Roll out the puff pastry and place the meat on it. Place the cheese on top. Form the meat around the cheese and wrap the dough around the meat. Now scatter sesame on top.
Step 2: Finish
Put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 30 minutes. Look at my other work.
