Introduction: Cheesecake Jello

Easy no bake recipe!

Step 1: Ingredients

  • 8oz Cream Cheese or "Philadelphia"
  • 12oz Evaporated Milk
  • 14oz Sweetened Condensed Milk or "Lechera"
  • 3 tsp Gelatine
  • 1 cup of warm water

Step 2: Mixing the Gelatin

Add the gelatin in the warm water. Stir until it is dissolved.

Step 3: Mixing It All Together

Add the rest of the ingredients into the blender. After it has blended for a couple of minutes start adding the gelatin. Then blend for a couple seconds more.

Step 4: Pour It In

Pour into your pan or any other container of your choice.

Step 5: Let It Chill

After you have poured the mixture, you need to put in the fridge for 5 hours at least.

Step 6: Enjoy!

This was our final product after it being in the fridge over night! After this all you have to do is slice and enjoy !
