Cheesecake Salad Delight

Hi everyone, thank you for viewing my instructable. This recipe was introduced to me at a social gathering. This salad is simple to throw together and doesn't take time to set up or cook. This simple mixture can be used as a sweet side salad or even a desert. Cheesecake Salad Delight is sweet and creamy and has been known to disappear on the spot!

Step 1: Ingredients

3 Packages of small instant cheesecake pudding
3 Cups milk
1 Large cool whip
2 1/2 Cups crushed graham crackers (about 18 and can be any type of graham crackers. I use original but some say cinnamon adds more flavor)
1 Cube Margarine
1/2 Cup sugar
2 Cups of fresh raspberries or sliced strawberries (or when out of season one regular bag of frozen fruit)

Step 2: Step 1

Mix together pudding and milk in a medium size bowl using a whisk, then add cool whip.

Step 3: Step 2

In separate container mix together crackers, sugar, and melted margarine. Add this mixture to salad- first step- with rubber spatula.

Step 4: Step 3

Mix in 3/4 of fruit, place remaining fruit on top of mixed salad.

Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Eat with delight! =)
