- These veggie packed bites are good snacks as well as a good appetizer. These are very tasty and healthy too .
-One more point is they are completely oil free and when baked they will be very crispy outside and soft inside.
-Finely sliced onion

-pepper or paprika
Step 1: Blanch the Florets:
-Blanch the broccoli florets in hot water for 3 minutes then cool under running water.
-Blend the florets with a short pulse or you can even chop them.
Step 2: Add Ingredients:
-Add sliced onions and garlic.
Step 3: Add Spices:
-Add paprika or pepper,coriander powder and salt.
Step 4: Add Remaining Ingredients:
-Now add grated cheese,1 beaten egg and bread crumbles.
Step 5: Mixing:
Now mix everything so that cheese,spices and bread crumbles are properly coated on the broccoli mixture.
Step 6: Make in to Tater Tot Shape:
-Now take little mix on your hands and gently press in to a firm ball then shape in to a tater tot shape.
-Allign on a baking sheet.
Step 7: Baking:
-preheat the oven to 400 degree fahrenheit .
-Bake for about 30-35 minutes until you see turning in to brown color and crispy outside.
-Enjoy with ketchup.
