Recipe Directions:Preheat oven to 350 degrees; place rolled oats, sesame seeds in a bowl and mix with oil until well coated. Place on a cookie sheet until the oats turn a golden brown color. On low to medium heat place peanut butter and honey in a sauce pan and warm it up for about 2-3 minutes or until the mixture begins to bubble. While the mixture is cooling place oats into a mixing bowl. Once the oats and peanut butter honey mixture have cooled; place the mixture over the oats and stir in dried fruit with a spoon. Form into mini balls with 1-2 tablespoons of dough. The mixture makes about 24 medium balls.
