Step 1: Get Your Ingredients
1 half of a banana
Cup or hand full of blueberries
Cup of preferably almond milk but skim milk is also good
2 level teaspoons of chia seed (make sure they are leveled!)
1 half a scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder
Step 2: Blender Time
Pour the solid ingredients first into the blender.
Next the milk.
Last but not least the chia seeds and half scoop of protein powder.
