1 .5 lbs. raw skinless chicken
1can Cream of Mushroom (or Cream of Chicken) soup
½ can milk
1 cup raw rice (you choice of what kind)
Seasoning mix (your choice)
300° for 3 hour cooking time.
Spray your casserole dish with cooking spray. This will make clean up much easier later.

When done remove from the oven and serve. My kids like it with soy sauce. Enjoy!
