This is quite easily my favorite meal. It's simple to make and is delicious, but that's enough of that, let's get to ingredients.
1 whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts
Egg noodles
3 tbsp of butter
3 tbsp of flour
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp prepared mustard
2 c milk
1 c grated cheddar cheese
You will also need:
A Crock Pot (or other slow cooker)
A cooking pot
Something to drain noodles
A casserole dish

Also you should ignore the amounts of the ingredients in the picture, we are feeding my whole family and doubled the recipe.

Step 1: Prepare Chicken

This is the easy part but also the longest. You will be putting the chicken in the slow cooker to cook throughout the day. Put your chicken in the slow cooker and fill with water. Set it to high and go do whatever you had planned for the day. You could boil the chicken normally but this makes it easier as you can have it cooking during work.
Do you think it would work to put it back in the slow cooker to finish instead of the oven? It looks so yummy. :)
