you do not have time to make full dinner? you want something simple but delicious? or you do not have enough resources for today's dinner?

it is an Egyptian dish which combines mix of your favorite vegetables

ingredients:

- any vegetables you have (potatoes, green peas, zucchini,.........)

- chicken

- chicken seasoning you like( i put viengar, salt, pepper,lemon juice, carry, ketchup)

Step 1: Prepare

add seasoning to chicken and leave them till you complete preparation

wash your vegetables well and then cut them in cubes

Step 2: Cooking

put vegetables then chicken and if there is any left sauce in the chicken plate add it too

cover with aluminium foil and put it in the oven at 180 c

after 30 minutes uncover it and leave till chicken surface is red

Step 3: Tummy Time

now it is ready to eat just put it in a plate and do not forget the spoon
