Introduction: Chili for Breakfast?

That's right chili cakes. It is a Saturday morning tradition at our place. Give it a go, it could be yours too.

Step 1: What You Will Need

Ingredients

1c. Bisquick
1/2c. 2% milk
1 egg
butter
1 can of chili (home made if you have left overs)

Utensils

1 frying pan
1 spatula
1 small bowl
1 small pot
measuring cups (dry and liquid)
cook top









Step 2: The Pancakes


Step 3: Perpare the Chili

Pour the can of chilli into a small pot. Warm chili over medium heat. You will want to do this while the cakes are cooking.

Step 4: Enjoy


Pour the desired amount of chili over the pancakes and enjoy! You may need to adjust the amount of batter according to the size of your family.

Cheese, sour cream, diced peppers whatever toppings you like use your imagination.
