I love My Mum's Chilli so I asked if I could make it into nachos as I really enjoy dipping the corn chips into the different flavours.
Step 1: Ingredients
Chilli con carne
Big Bag of tortilla chips
Grated Cheese (I used a mix of Monteray Jack, Mozzeralla, Cheddar and Edam)
Step 2: Assemble the Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Arrange to tortilla chips on a baking tray.
Pop a mound of grated cheese in the centre as shown, or all over if you prefer.
Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Step 3: Dish Up
Serve with sour cream, salsa, guacamole and chilli con carne.
Very simple and my brother and I love tucking into this.
