to make the handles take a plastic grocery bag and flatten it out

next cut the bottom seam and handles off

then cut off the store name/logo (leave the plastic warning on)
use this 'sheet' of plastic as tissue 'paper'

cut 2 strips of plastic about an inch or an inch and a half wide

string them through the holes

then tie them in a knot or bow on the inside of the bag

done.
