Introduction: Chocolate Almond Clusters
Quick way to make delicious chocolate covered almonds without a microwave. This is a great quick, energizing snack!
Step 1: BoM
Preferred dark chocolate bar
Raw almonds
Sea salt (optional)
Mini cupcake liners
Step 2: Chocolate
Chop up the chocolate into small pieces, this helps the chocolate melt faster. Melt over a double boiler, stir occasionally.
Step 3: Nuts
When the chocolate is near melted, add the almonds and stir well.
Step 4: Cup
Use a small spoon to ladle out small amounts of the chocolate almonds. Add sea salt, raw sugar, or shredded coconut to top off. Allow to cool and store in the fridge.
