These were an experiment my aunt wanted me to try for her fiance, to see if they wanted them for the wedding. They turned out to be delicious. Sorry about the lack of pictures, I made these a few days ago and didnt thin i would make them into an Instructable. This is my first one as well, so I hope you like them.

I think the chocolate idea is fantastic ! Personally I like to cut the top off the jalapeno, shakeout any seeds and then fill with a piping bag if using a cheese mixture, my favorite stuffing though is spicy breakfast sausage and grated cheddar cheese, baked of fried these stuffed peppers are addictive ... Nice "ible"

I'm soooooo happy to stumble upon ur recipe. I have a TON of jalapenos from my garden and wanted to do something different with them...thought of stuffing with strawberry cream cheese, wrapping the bacon around them, grilling them (got a special jalapeno plate for grilling them upright) and drizzling them with chocolate...when I mentioned my plan, everyone gave me the face of horror. But kept thinking how good it sounded to me....Thanks again! Can't wait to try this!!! :)
