What better way to start off your day than with this healthy banana toast? A whole wheat toast is topped with ricotta mix, banana, melted chocolate and garnished with seeds and honey! Can it get any better than this?

Step 1: Ingredients:
1 Cup (250g) Ricotta
2 Large Bananas
2oz/60g Dark Chocolate (70% Cocoa Content)
2 Teaspoons Honey (or more – depending on your taste)
4 Teaspoons Mixed Seed (pumpkin, sunflower)
4 Slices Toast Bread
Step 2: Directions:
1. Toast the bread. Meanwhile combine ricotta with honey. Taste it and add more honey, if you feel like it’s not sweet enough.
2. Melt chocolate in a microwave (or over a pot of simmering water) and spread it over each toast. Add ricotta mixture, sliced banana and seeds.
3. Garnish with grated chocolate (optional).
