This is the perfect recipe for a hot summer day!

Rich creamy and cold and perfect for a relaxing snack.

I love this recipe and think it a perfect summer treat.

Step 1: Here's What You'll Need

2 cups chopped up frozen bananas

2 cups whole milk

2 tablespoons maple syrup

2 table spoons cocoa powder

Step 2: Combing the Ingredients

Combine all your ingredients into a blender.

Step 3: Blend the Ingredients

Blend together the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Step 4: Ready to Serve

Now that you have made your chocolate banana smoothie you are ready to finish it off.

You can add whipped cream to top off your smoothie or just eat it plain.

This recipe makes about two servings but can be refrigerated for a later time.

good recipe but honey works just as good as syrup. PS maybe edit the recipe to add 1-3 ice cubes...seemed kinda room temp even with the milk
