And who doesn't enjoy the taste of warm chocolatey banana bread muffins.. it's definitely a comfort food!! So when you are feeling in the mood to whip up a delicious snack, think of these Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Muffins !!
Step 1: Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Muffins - Stir the Ingredients
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 2/3 Cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 very ripe bananas
1 or 2 Cups of Chocolate Chips (your preference)
Heat the oven to 365 degrees F
Line muffin tin cups with paper muffin cup liners or spray with non cook spray
In a mixing bowl beat the sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs with a whisk
In a separate mixing bowl mash the bananas
Then add the mashed bananas to the mixing bowl with the sugar, oil and eggs and vanilla
Stir in the the cinnamon, salt, baking soda and flour to the mixture
Finally Stir in the chocolate chips
Bake for 10-12 min (use a toothpick to make sure the centers of the muffins are cooked through)
