I wanted to share the Cookie Cake recipe that has quickly become one of my favorite desserts to make and enjoy.

Ingredients:
1 box yellow or white cake mix
2 eggs beaten
5 T melted butter
2 C M&M's or mini chocolate chips
You will also need:
13 x9 inch pan
bowl to mix together ingredients
Whisk or electric mixer
Pan spray or oil
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Melt the butter – I put it in the microwave for about 30-seconds.
Place spray or oil on the bottom of the baking pan.
Mix the eggs with butter.
Mix the cake mix with the egg & butter mixture.
Fold in the M&M’s or chocolate chips.
Place the mixture in the pan. Spread the mixture over the entire pan.
Bake at 350 for 20-minutes. Let cool for at least 10-minutes.
Slice up and serve. We like ours with milk.
