Introduction: Chocolate Chip Cookie. IN a MUG!
I make a lot of stuff in mugs. Including this!
Step 1: Ingredients
Sugar, brown sugar, flour, salt, butter, vanilla, oil, eggs, chocolate chips.
Step 2: Measure
1 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp brown sugar, splash of vanilla, pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of oil, 3 tbsp flour, 1 egg yolk (just the yolk, not the white).
Step 3: Mix!
Starting to look like real cookie dough! That's cause it is! In microwave safe bowl or mug, mix butter with sugars. Stir with whisk or fork (fork works better) until well combined. Add vanilla and salt, stir. Add egg yolk and mix well. Stir in flour. Lastly, add chocolate chips. (put in as much as you like, the more chocolatey the better!)
Step 4: The Egg
Crack the egg in a different bowl. With a spoon, scoop out the yolk and place it in your mug cookie.
Step 5: It's Ready for the Microwave!
Cook your cookie for 40 seconds to 1 minute. Start checking it at 30 seconds.
Step 6: Eat!
Now you can enjoy a chocolate chip cookie without the pain of having to make a while batch! Enjoy your mug cookie! -Little Miss Awesome
