Introduction: Chocolate Chip Cookie and Peanut Butter Mini Sandwiches!

A super easy to make treat that is made with well known New England products as ingredients! 

Freihofer's Chocolate Chip Cookies and Teddie All Natural Peanut Butter

Step 1: First Things First

Before beginning, always wash your hands!

Step 2: Next, Get Out What You Will Need:

We shall be civilized and get out the following items:

1 plate
a tablespoon - for measuring peanut butter
1 butter knife - for spreading peanut butter
a couple napkins (not pictured)

Each sandwich requires:
* 2 delicious soft and chewy Freihofer's Chocolate Chip Cookies
** 1/2 tablespoon of Teddie All Natural Peanut Butter


Step 3: Begin Spreading Peanut Butter!

Begin spreading peanut butter!

1.) First fill tablespoon measure with level amount of peanut butter. This will give you enough for two sandwiches in a consistent way!

2.) Pick up a cookie and spread peanut butter. 

3.) Take another cookie and place on the spread peanut butter. Press lightly. 

4.) Done! 


Continue making as many sandwiches as you like!

Step 4: Calorie Information!

Keep in mind that they are 165 calories each!

Each sandwich requires:
* 2 delicious soft and chewy Freihofer's Chocolate Chip Cookies
** 1/2 tablespoon of Teddie All Natural Peanut Butter

Calorie Info:
* According to the Freihofer's box, one serving size of these soft and chewy cookies is 2 cookies.
120 calories, 10 grams of sugars, 6 grams of fats
** According to the Teddie jar, 2 Tbsp of peanut butter is one serving
180 calories, 3 grams of sugars, 16 grams of fats

2 mini sandwiches would be 240 calories (4 cookies) + 90 calories (1 Tbsp)  = 330 calories!

These can be eaten right away, OR youcould freeze them for later. Then they are like ice cream cookies.
