Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies that Happen to be Vegan

Step 7Rotate Sheets 180 degrees

Rotate Sheets 180 degrees
After baking for 5 minutes, rotate the baking sheets 180 degrees so that they are in the oven horizontally.

Let them bake for another 4 minutes.
If they look done, take them out.

If they do not look done, check the cookies every 2 minutes until they are to your liking.

Note : Again, the cookies are done when they seem a little bit softer than you would want them to be. They will significantly harden up once they cool.

do you mean that you will rotate them 90 degrees? Rotating them 180 degrees will leave hte cookie sheet still facing vertically, the only change will be that the side that was furthest will be closer to the oven door
