these minty delicious cookies, are both chocolatey, and minty. The gooey delites are utterly amazing. They are rich, chewy, and just plain delicious. They are good for parties, small get togethers, or just to make for yourself.

Time- 28 minutes

Tempature- 360 degrees

Amount- makes about 20 cookies

First we got some of the ingredients and most of our cooking tools.

Add 2 1/2 cups of white all purpose flour and put it in a mixing bowl

Next, add 1/2 cups of cocoa

after the cocoa, add 1 tsp of baking soda.

1/4 tsp of salt

now, take a fresh, clean bowl for your wet ingredients

add 1 cup of brown sugar, and 1 cup of regular granulated white sugar to this bowl

put a whole stick of butter (or 1 cup)

Add 2 eggs

after the eggs, sugar, and butter are all in a bowl blend it on medium speed for 4 minutes or until smooth

pour your sugar, butter, egg mixture into your bowl with flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda

mix on medium power with a blender

add 1 cup of chopped up andies mints and 1 cup of dark chocolate chips

add 10 crushed up Oreos to the mix

mix in 3/4 cup of liquid chocolate

mix everything together with a mixer on medium/high speed

finally, arrange the dough on a greased cookie sheet. Put them in the oven on 360 degrees for 6-10 minutes or util done.
