The downside of cooking something choclaty: you need to buy triple the amount of chocolate because you sure are going to eat lot's of it in progress!

I used to be a chocolate fiend, but I think I ate too much because now if I eat the amount I used to, I get nauseous.

Still, a good mousse goes down very well!
