Chocolate Chunk

Our purpose is to sell nutritious, healthy, local balls of natural energy to people in our community.

Step 1: Ingredients

Ingredients:

1 cups rolled oats

1 cup shredded coconut

1 cup of honey

8 tbl chunky peanut butter

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

⅛ teaspoon salt

2 tbl cocoa

1 cup walnut

1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup rice krispies (cereal)

Step 2: Steps

(before you start this recipe you should have a baking pan, a pot, a measuring cup, and a spoon)

Step one: get all the ingredients together.

Step two: preheat the oven to 325 °

Step three: measure and pour 1 cup of rolled oats into the baking pan, and then 1 cup of the coconut on top of the rolled oats, toast oats and coconut in oven for about 10 minutes.

Step four: mix 1 cup of honey, 8 tbsp of crunchy peanut butter, two teaspoons of vanilla, ⅛ teaspoon of salt, two tbls of cocoa, 1 cup of dried cranberries in a saucepan over medium low heat. Cook and stir until smooth.

Step five: Pour 1 cup of rice crispies of the toasted coconut and oats after they have been treated for 10 minutes.

Step six: then, pour the mixture of other ingredients on top of the oats, coconut and rice crispy.

Step seven: pour 1 cup of crushed walnuts over all the other ingredients, then bake in preheated oven until being to dry, about 15 minutes.

Step eight: When done take out of oven, and let cool till they are warm to the touch, then form into balls. Now you

have a nutritious, high protein, and good tasting bar for on the go, enjoy!
