Introduction: Chocolate Cookie Cakes
These are very soft and taste like chocolate cake.
Do NOT forget the flour... Like I did, but then I put it in.
Some of my pictures didn't work, so that is why I don't have many. Enjoy!
Step 1: Collect Ingredients:
1\2 cup baking cocoa
1\2 cup hot water
1\2 cup butter
1-1\2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-2\3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1\4 teaspoon salt
1\2 cup buttermilk
Step 2: Collect Supplies:
Cookie scoop or spoon
Step 3: Let's Bake:
In a small bowl, combine cocoa and water; mix well.
Cool for 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Add cocoa mixture, eggs, and vanilla; mix well.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk; mix well.
put on pan by rounded tablespoon scoop, place two inches apart.
Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
