Introduction: Chocolate Covered Bon-Bons
I've been wanting to enter the contest for a while, so i got a Bon-Bon recipe that's REALY good! Heres all you'll need:
1 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
5 Oz. of Coconut
1 Stick of Softened Butter
4 Cups of Pecan Pieces
1 1/2 Cups of Powdered Sugar
You'll need a dipping chocolate too. Here's the recipe (Or if you have some dipping chocolate that works too).
2 Cups of Chocolate Chips
2 Table Spoons of Shorting (If you have dipping Chocolate no shorting is needed)
Theres the list, get out your spoons and bowls, and make the contest-winning dish!
Step 1: Get Your Things!
Start by getting everything you need. Here's a few photos of what it might look like.
Once you have everything you need, measure out what you need (measureings on first page).
Step 2: Mix It!
Put everything in your bowl (be shore to have a big bowl, it makes quite a bit) and mix.
Step 3: Freezeing
Get your batter and make balls about 1 teaspoon each untill you use up all the batter.
Then refrigeate for about 1 hour.
Step 4: Dipping and Chocolate
Make the melted Chocolate by melting your Chocolate Chips at half power for 2 minutes then, add your shortning.
Now, to finish your Bon-Bons, take them out of the refrigeater and dip them in your chocolate with toothpicks and refigerate untill chocolate is frozen.
