Introduction: Chocolate Covered Jalapeno Chips

I love the flavor combination of salty and sweet.  This salty, sweet and spicy snack is great to make for the big game or just for an every day treat.  Its super easy and super delicious.

1 bag of potato spicy chips
4 oz of chocolate chips
Baking sheet
Microwave Proof Mug

Place chocolate in a microwave proof mug and heat for 30 seconds, remove and stir with spatula, stir for 30 seconds, if chocolate is not melted enough reheat for another 20 seconds.  DO NOT OVERHEAT chocolate.  Chocolate is very temperamental and will clump up if over heated.  Once chocolate is melted, spread chops over a baking sheet and drizzle on chocolate.  Let cool and serve.
