Start with your favourite chocolate cupcake recipe or even a packet mix. These ones were from a no name packet mix.
When cool, ice with the frosting of your choice. The frosting here was made from approximately a cup of icing sugar, 3/4 tablespoon cocoa powder and and about 70grams of margarine mixed together with an electric beater. Please note that measurements are only approximate especially for the margarine! Taste is the best guide here, if it tastes good, go with it!
This is the yummy (and easy) part.
All you need is a selection of your favourite chocolate bars. For these ones, we've used a Mars Bar, a Crunchie, a Kit Kat and a White chocolate bar. One regular sized bar of each will cover 3 cupcakes.
Roughly chop each bar and press into the frosting of each cake. That's really all there is to it, except of course eating and enjoying your creation.
