Introduction: Chocolate Fudge Cake: 100 Calories, 1 Minute

About: When I get bored, I cook or knit. I get bored a lot.

There are lots of microwave mug cake recipes out there, but this one is my favorite because it is easy, egg-free, super chocolatey, and very fast!
I made this recipe to be 100 calories (It's just such a nice round number!) So the original recipe has 100 calories. But if you're not worried about that sort of thing, I've included suggestions that can improve the cake, although it won't be the same nutritionally. I think it's good either way.

Step 1: Ingredients

Gather your ingredients:
2 Tbsp Flour
1 Tbsp Cocoa powder (I prefer dark unsweetened)
1 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp Splenda (or 1T sugar, or other sweetener)
1 tsp dry milk powder (or 1T milk)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp oil (can add more if you want, up to 1 Tbsp)
3-4 Tbsp water (use less water if you used liquid milk or extra oil)
Optional: cinnamon or other spices, cooking spray

Step 2: Mix

Mix dry ingredients in a microwaveable bowl or mug. Add the oil, then slowly stir in the water 1 tablespoon at a time.
If you spray the bowl with cooking spray it won't stick as much, but honestly it sticks either way.

Step 3: Microwave

Microwave for about 40 seconds.

Step 4: Eat!

This cake can kick a chocolate craving in a second. The texture is not bad for a microwave cake either!
