Introduction: Chocolate Fudge Sauce Recipe

Step 1: HEAT IT UP

240ml / 1 Cup Heavy Cream

100g / 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar

200g / 1 & 2/3 Cups Dark Chocolate

1tbsp Golden Syrup

1tbsp / 14g Unsalted Butter

1tsp Vanilla Bean Paste

1/4tsp Salt

Bring the heavy cream to a boil. Reduce the heat and add the brown sugar. Once combined, add the dark chocolate and stir well. Finish by adding the syrup, butter, vanilla and salt.

Step 2: ENJOY

This looks so yummy. Would be great to have with a big fruit platter for dessert after a delicious dinner.

I think it would most likely need to be refrigerated because of the dairy, although it would stiffen it, might make a second use as a spread through if it isn't devoured in the first sitting :)

Yes, I would store it in the fridge and heat it up when you want to use it :)

Yes, I would keep it in the fridge and heat it up when you want to use it as it will thicken in the fridge :)
