Introduction: Chocolate Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip
Delicious Chocolate Yogurt Dip for dipping your favorite fruit in! It is Creamy, light and easy to make. I was thrilled with how much my family enjoyed this dip.
The kids home loved it a lot. This chocolate greek yogurt dip is absolutely the perfect thing to tide you over when you’re craving sweets.
Vanilla really curbs the tang of the plain yogurt and turns it into a mild, sweet dip and the cocoa powder gives it a treat for the chochoholics.
You can try any flavor in this dip. Dip some grapes or cherries in the chocolate dip. I must say its a time saver recipe to indulge in a chocolate delight.
Step 1: Ingredients
PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES
TOTAL TIME: 5 MINUTES
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
3 Tbsp. brown sugar or honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
fresh berries, marshmallows and sweet biscuits (for dipping)
Step 2: 1
Take the plain Greek Yogurt. It shouldn't be too sour. Add the cocoa powder, cinnamon powder.
Step 3: Mix
It takes a while for the cocoa powder to really mix well with the Yogurt. Keepmixing well. Once incorporated add.in the brown sugar and mix well.
Step 4: Vanilla Extract
Now to overcome the little tanginess of the Yogurt add in the vanilla essence. You can use maple syrup, honey or anything that you like. You can add the flavour that you would like to have. Give another mix.Taste it and check the sweetness. It depends on your Yogurt. If required add in more sugar.
Step 5: Fruits and Dip
Enjoy with fruit, pita chips, graham grackers, etc, or just eat on its own. Chill (covered) in the fridge.
Serve it with dipping favorites including all kinds of fruit and crackers.
