Step 1: Mix Everything Together

345g / 3 Cups Rolled Oats

60g / 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar

60g / 1/4 Maple Syrup

6tbsp Vegetable Oil

1/4tsp Salt

1tsp Cinnamon

150g / 1 Cup Hazelnuts

100g / 2/3 Cup Milk Chocolate Chunks

Mix the oats, sugar, hazelnuts and milk chocolate chunks together in a blow (If you want, bash the hazelnuts with a rolling pin to create smaller pieces). In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients together and pour into the dry ingredients.

Step 2: Bake

Once everything is combined, pour the granola out onto a greased baking tray making sure everything is spread out evenly. Bake at 160 C / 320 F for 50-55 minutes. To avoid the granola from burning, stir the mixture every 20 minutes.

Step 3: Serve
