Step 2: Prepping the Marshmallows

Take about 15 marshmallows and cut them into thirds. I use scissors for this but you could use any cutting utensil that you feel comfortable with. 

place them on a plate or small cutting board when finished an transfer them to the freezer while you prepare the dough.
