Chocolate Mousse Pie

This is a chocolate mousse that my parents used to sell at their restaurant and is very tasty! This recipe will make one pie.

What You Will Need:

CHOCOLATE CRUMBS  1 ⅓ CUPS  
GRAHAM CRUMBS   1 ⅓ CUPS
BUTTER, MELTED.   ⅔ CUP
CHOCOLATE CHIPS  450 GRAMS  
ICING SUGAR   ¼ CUP   and two tablespoons
WHIPPING CREAM   2 CUPS    
EGGS     6

Step 1: Melting The Chocolate

Measure 450 grams of chocolate chips. Put the chocolate chips on a double boiler on LOW temperature, and let it soften.
