Introduction: RAW Chocolate Mousse.
May I present to you a healthy chocolate mousse made on avocados.
All you will need is:
- Food processor or blender.
- pinch of salt.
- vanilla essence.
- 3 ripe avocados (frozen is best).
- 1 cup of coconut cream or coconut milk.
- 2 TBSP cacao.
- 3 TBSP honey.
What you need to is get all the stuff listed above.
When you have that put the avocado in the food processor and process until it is smooth.
Keep the processor running and add the rest of the ingredients.
When it is all smooth, pour into a bowl and refrigerate until you are happy with how cold it is you don't want it frozen an room temperature tastes not so good, so pick your happy medium!
