Chocolate is loved by kids and many around the globe . This is one of the desserts that people would love to have in their parties or any of their occasions.
Its easy and quick if you have the pie pastry ready at home or you have made a day before or also that you can buy the pastry from the supermarket.
The chocolate pudding in the recipe is egg-less. People do prefer to add one egg so if you wish then you may do that , but believe me the taste remains the same.

Step 1: Ingredients
1. Sugar- 2 tbsp
2.Brown sugar-1 1/2 tbsp
3.Vanilla Essence powder- Less than 1/2 tsp
4. Butter- 60 to 80 grams
5 Corn Flour- 2 tbsp
6.Cooking Chocolate -180 grams
7. Whipping Cream -400 ml ( mixed with 2 tbsp of sugar and less than 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence powder)
8. Fresh Cream- 50 ml
9. Pie Crust
10 Water( Just a bit around 1 to 2 tbsp)
Step 2: Method
First add Fresh cream in a pot and heat it.
When its at boiling point add the cooking chocolate let it melt and add to it sugar. Mix well.
Now add the brown sugar and mix . Add butter and vanilla essence .Keep the mixture on a low flame.
Now in a small bowl add a little bit of water and mix the corn flour in it.
Now add the mixture to the melted chocolate mixture which is on gas.
Mix everything well on low flame.
After sometime you will see the pudding will be thickened. Turn the heat off. And take it out in a bowl. Let it cool down and refrigerate it for some time ( around 1/2 to 1 hour).
Take the pie crust and spread the cold chocolate pudding. Layer the chocolate pudding with the whipping cream.
If desired make lovely designs or pattern on it by using the pastry bag.
